| Prayers are with you Jim. I say pets are pets but when one leaves, my true feelings show. They are with us but for a moment it seems and as I have found though...memories of them stay with us for a lifetime. I find myself calling the new puppy by our other dog's name. Hold her memories in your heart and know that your not alone in the feelings you may be having. |

|  I identify with your sadness. I've had pets all my life and the one loss that hurt the most was Smokey, our 110lb. chow/lab who looked like a black bear cub. He had bad hips and was in so much pain that he looked at me with eyes filled with pain every time he went to the back door, knowing he had to go down steps to go out and do his business. It broke my heart. And people say they are just animals. God Bless, Judy |
