| HAH!! We are blessed to be bikers...OT
At least we have a little bit cheaper mode of transportation...Gas here in lovely mid-Michigan is $3.69 a gallon. Just food for thought, it's pretty cheap to take a ride and cleanse the soul even if it is too cold today ![]() And Rarly, I don't know why you're lyin' about me, you didn't take me for a ride yesterday...And I am quite upset about it! |

I guess I should consider myself blessed that we're $3.35 here....... And sheepishly admit that a few months ago I traded my American truck in on a Jap gas sipper that gets 27-33mpg. A man's gotta get by. At least it gets me and my kids around town and to AA meetings every day.

RH: Nice scoot! Didn't realize you were old enough to ride one of those!! ![]() My bro has one of those victory bikes. She'll peel the paint off the road that's for sure. Put most HD's to shame out of the box, but then again so will most GSXR 750's out of the box. For the $ I would have went with something else, but that's just me. Bikes are like people, takes all kinds to make the world go round.

I know this has nothing to do with chaps, or anything else, but I wanted to show you guys and gals the flag mount that myself and a couple of plummers came up with. Spent around $10 and tested it at 60mph. I put one bungy cord on it but don't really need it. The front leg that goes down into the backrest slot is 8" long and also has the pipe insulation attached. I've been flying a smaller flag for Patroit Guard missions, but with the added tour pack I can't attach it to the license plate. Thanks for letting me share. Being sober I am finding that I am living the life that I always thought I would live.........By the grace of God and the program of Alcoholics Anonymous I don't ever have to drink or use again.......toad

Toad, that's a beautiful sight seeing that flag waving in the wind on your ride.
