Well as you guys remember I posted a post on here about a month ago about how I was verbally told in a sarcastic tone that "I care to much". Well we had a sit down the "Upper Eschlon" and I and I questioned a few things like: Hanging my ass out on the line for example. An 8-10 inch snow storm hit in Febuary and schools/colleges/universities in the area were closed. My mother has worked in he Vehicle Insurance Agency for 35 years and I was told by her that if I would crash than yes, the school would be sued, but each client I had in the vehicle their parents could sue me individually as the driver of the car. When I questioned them at the time I was told we were running the program anyway that day. During this meeting I also asked why I get put in danger but driving either a 8 or 10 passenger van full of males (not the best of kids may I remind you) By myself because we either did not have any female clients in the program at the time or no staff to ride with me. This is against DPW rules since I was bold enough to call them out on it they decided they would terminate me. After talking with my families attorney I found out I have a clear cut case of wrongful termination. The main one is I have had no written write ups to warrant my dismissal. The down side of this is I would have to return there and work for the same management. I miss the kids terribly already and they miss me to, but there comes a time when I have to worry about my safety and well being. Thanks guys for letting me vent.

Yes the management may not be all smiles but they know better then to mess with you now and I am sure they will listen the next time you speak up about rules and safety. When I go to work it is for a paycheck, not the friendship. If there is any friendship there...that is an added bonus. Show up, kick butt and collect your check. They will be a better company because of your actions.
