Jimmy: We may want to keep in mind that they serve at least 2 meals there at the lodge and it's pretty reasonable as well. The person in charge of the food can contact Iron Horse after April 1st and check on the prices for meals. We will, of course, need additional food but eating there may be an option for us as well. Just thought I'd throw that out there since I've been there a few times. Hugs, Kym

absolutely, inthe ultimate, the goal for us is to find a number per person for costs, whatever we settle on for services, the kind of services and the quality. SOme of us may want to show up with a tent, is that an option?

Yep, tenting is an option. They have tents there you can use, but they have to be reserved. You can always bring your own stuff. I'm almost 100% sure that the tent sites do not have electric though. I've tented it there before and it's not an issue for me! We can always start another thread before April to see what the preference would be....tent, cabin, room or whatever?? The cabins and rooms book up quickly so I'm concerned that if we wait too long, we won't have a choice but to tent it.

It seems things are rollin along good in the planning stages now. We have a chatroom available to us here on SR. SHould we see what group conscience would be to start meeting once a week or so from now till then? We could open with an A.A>N.A. then go into RFL business. All according to group conscience of course!
