I was running through a gratitude list as I drove to my Sunday morning meeting yesterday. So many blessings in my life, including you and all my loved ones here at SR. Who woulda thunk it? When I was a teenager, drinking, dropping acid, and getting wasted every chance I got, I assumed I'd never live to be thirty years old. Now, through the power of AA and my HP, I'm celebrating thirty years C&S. Can you say "miracle"? I knew you could!

Congratulations Bill, that is so awesome. You are an inspiration to me also as I "trudge the road of happy Destiny." I always carry a pen and paper when I go to church. Yesterday I wrote down a couple of things I heard........share this with me. "The task ahead of you is never as great as the Power behind you." "If we get on fire about God (sobriety is how I look at it) people will want to come out and watch us burn (attraction)." "It's not how you treat your friends that tells about you, but how you treat your enemies." (step 8 and 9) "I will not let any man lower me by allowing me to hate him." (Booker T. Washington)
