| The Quality of my Problems
The quality of my problems has greatly improved. I got up yesterday and it was 29 degrees and sunny, one of my favorite times to ride. I got bundled up, went out to the garage and click click click...dead battery, bummer. It nice to have a bike thats still under warranty, Dallas HD picked it up this am, i think i may have electrical problems, security system wouldnt disengage the other night, had to turn it off manually. Dallas HD has really taken good care of me over the last 2 years. There are alot of Bill W.'s friends there too. In the old days I would have freaked out over a dead battery and got drunk for 3 days before working on the bike. Now I can go to work and my bike will probably be ready to pick up this afternoon, and Ill have to get a bro to carry me over there, like I said the quality of my problems has greatly improved.

I call those "Cadillac Problems" - 'way better than the bad ol' days, when I was down to shoe-leather and a backpack, or a ratted-out $200 car that wouldn't start, and no friends to call for back-up. Live (sober) is good!

I spent a lot of years quoting "why me" over problems big or small and promptly went out drinking...DOH...'course I'd have gone out drinking if it was Groundhog Day...life has become so much simpler!!!

Gotta love how simply we address the luxury issues! Not like the old days when any day that ended in d-a-y was a drinking Holiday!

Certainly a far cry from deciding whether to risk brushing the teeth in the morning, ain't it Chris....?
