It has been one month

It has been one month since I has my relapse. I know it is a small victory, and I have a long way to go. I will get there to. I feel stronger than I have in years. I go to my groups and that helps alot!! I have gone back to some old hobbies that my addiction made me push aside. So it's all good. I want to thank EVERYONE!!! You guys have been so great and supportive. I am so glad that I found you!!!! One month down 50 years to go!!

Congrats on your 30 days HR! Keep taking action, doing the deal, and the next right thing.

Way to go. It is amazing how time will slip by when we learn to just not take that first drink or drug. I hear self-respect in what you say. That is so cool. Self-confidence must be avoided, bceause we make it one day at a time by the grace of God, and our support groups. We don't do it alone.

Hobbies sound good. I got back into bicycling to help me pass some of my free time. It became such a discipline that I still do it today.

Harleyrunt, you also have helped and encouraged us. I want to thank you for sharing. You have helped me realize that using will still cost me everything

HR: Congratulations on 30 days. Please don't forget that you are helping all of us too, by allowing us to share our ES&H with you. We cannot keep what was so freely given to us, unless we freely give it away when requested....
