| Where It All Began...
Brothers and Sisters: I made my first run to Founder's Day in Akron. An experience to remember, that's for sure. I'm feeling spiritually infused with gratitude and hopefully a little humility, from this breathtaking experience. Here's a few pics of some of the historic AA sites I visited while there...

Maybe next year. I enjoyed the visit with my son and won't see him again for at least another 9 months. Maybe next year we can ride out together and he may learn a few things while enjoying a nice ride at the same time. Thank you for sharing. I will get there one of these days.

This is too cool. It is a practice for AA members visiting Dr. Bob's grave to leave their old sobriety medallion on the headstone and pick one up for their current year. Over the years, there were so many medallions piling up around the headstone, they were gathered up, melted down and used to fabricate this plaque, nested between two shade trees, near the cemetary entrance.....

Inside the JAR arena, in the nosebleed section, for the Saturday night AA Meeting. 5,300 drunks in one place, with another 5,000 plus in satelite arenas, watching it on big screens. The Lord's Prayer sent shivers up my spine....
