I batted this out this afternoon. I'm planning to pass 'em along to anyone I think might be open to joining us. I left space at the bottom to put my own contact info on, so local folks could ask questions directly. If y'all wanted to, you could do the same.

I am so pumped to be able to go to a run where EVERYONE is sober!!!! This is gonna be such a blast.....THANK YOU to everyone involved for making it really happen!!!!
Keep me posted on ideas for the food etc. Since I will be unfortunately on 4 wheels, I could make a store run or whatever......just hollar!

That's a good idea, Sure, there are things that could be procured before the event. A smart thing to do would be to watch for sales on stuff like soda. If ya see a sale, bust it out and git a line dropped to Best, so he can reimburse ya from our slush fund. We are self-supporting through our own contributions.

My lovely bride Bonnie gave me the green light in our morning time together. I'm coming. I booked the week off work. I'm sending Best a cheque today. My PM from Best this morning suggested that $40 to $45 US per day would cover camping and eats & drinks, so that's what I'm doing, sending $120 US. I'm so excited now that I've committed, that I want to be there now. (That's not alchoholic behaviour is it...LOL). I'm coming a far piece, so I'll only be bringing a bedroll. Anybody got room in their tent for a sober Canuck...?

Sounds like a plan, our store ads come out Saturday. Im just gonna keep checking and if I see something, Ill go get it. Plenty of room in my garage to stack it now that the bike is gone. Ill keep ya's posted. Man I have so many food ideas rolling through my head....I love to prepare for a party!!!!
