On Wellbutrin - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am on Wellbutrin, and Lamictal, Bupropion, and Lamotrigine. I think the fact that I am Bipoler helped me through the methadone withdrawl, because I think I was hypomanic through the withdrawl, because of the excitetment of getting off of methadone

Methadone withdrawl is the worst. I dont know how I did it. The only thing that keep me going is the fact that I made it through one day, and I could make it through another. At the same time, I made it through one week, I can make it through another week.

Why not share your experience, strength and hope on the NA or Substance Abuse forums here at SR. I'm sure you can help others going through similar issues.

I beleive that methadone, while providing a temporary solution in the begining, contributes to depression, anxieity, and another, very worse dependency.

Wellbutrin has worked very well with my depression. I am also Bipoler, and on lamictal
