Hang in there. You will sleep alot for quite awhile. I think that it si your body trying to play catch up from all of the abuse. It took me about a year and a half to finally feel halfway alive. It has been three years now, and the way that I feel now makes that first loooong months of hell trying to stay sober very much worth it. I am so grateful that I have been able to remain sober. So please dont give up. I promise that it is worth it.

I think exercise is a great idea...thank you for the suggestion. I also think you need to work the program more "religiously"....do service...volunteer for some kind of service and you'll feel mobilized. Go to more meetings and work more closely with your sponsor and this should pass with time.
