first of all, welcome. do you feel you have a drinking problem? That's the first question you have to ask and answer yourself - and then if you really want help to stop, the best most proven way to find help is to go to an AA meeting - look up Alcoholics Anonymous in your phone directory or ask a local doctor, health clinic or hospital for the number. Just go to a meeting and sit and listen and see how it 'fits.' If it fits, you're in the right place to get helped. best, Guy |

Thank you for the insite on this. I do know that I want the help and that I always seem to feel like I need one or more drinks. I almost feel like I have come dependent on that first drink each time. Thank you for your help. I will check into the closest meeting Changing |
