So I dedicate this thread to the supportive individuals on this forum.

I nominate Wes(cof1984) , Nickishine and Trucker as the the top supporters for me.( thank you guys for all your help)

go ahead and name a few that you think deserve their name in lights.

In no particular order:

Dee74
Mariposa
MLE-sober
TTOSBT
Least
Chiynita
Doorknob
Ananda

I know I'm leaving some people out and believe me, it's not intentional! But these people mean the world to me here at SR, whether they realize it or not. I am very thankful to have access to their ES&H as a tool in my recovery.

Thank you, to those named above and to EVERYONE here at SR.

Every single newbie who stumbles in here and has the courage to make that first post....sometimes still drunk....sometimes not....but desperate and finally admitting they need help and having the courage to say so.

These are my heroes.

LOL thanks for the mention TSH - pay ya later

I actually think we're all stand out individuals here. I've learned something from mostly everyone here.

Hopefully those I'm closest to already know how much I appreciate them.

And like Jules says those first posts get me too - that's the real reason we're here

Tell ya what, have been here for a bit and there are so many I wouldn't even know where to start, but I think they know who they are. They've comforted me when I needed it, gently pointed out the error of my ways, or given me a good, swift kick in the ass.

And you new guys, don't ever forget how important you are. A lot of us have come here for more than one reason, losing someone to this disease is hideously painful, often times the only folks we see saving themselves are you guys. Your victories are extremely important to us. Thanks for starting this thread.

Oh yes and yeahgr8, he goes without saying, without his continuing support, inspirational, no truly insightful posts, my life and experience on SR would be seriously lacking

Id like to mention masseyman for some "off camera" spiritual advice.

Ive made alot of friendships in my short while here and received lots of support..and advice..

I cant tell you how happy it makes me feel to watch newcomers gain days...then weeks..then months...hearing there happiness as they realize that it is POSSIBLE..

i gotta mention doorknob..apart from making me laugh..he represents a method of staying sober other than AA...i think that important in a worldwide site..and says to me my way is not everyones way..

And to Dee for "as above"...straight forward no frills advice....good stuff.

Navy Steve and sailor john...people i pay close attention to...for me and only me.....they talk of the solution i have found...with as much passion as me.
And work from the same book as i do!.

yeahgr8...hardwiredflaws...nicki i ain't gonna remember you all but I'm humbled by the amount of time you take for the newcomer.....
And love and compassion you freely give...

All newcomers are the most important people here...its why I'm here..they all help me more than they know.

Id also like to mention carol and Anna for all the time and effort they put in to make this site possible and for deleting some of my occasional bs..lol..lol.

mle sober..and hevyn...my two favorite women (i think!!)....for there past support and friendship....

The lists would go on.................trucker

I thank each and every one of you for coming here and sharing in your recovery. It is a privilege to know each of you.

I have a special thanks for our Greeter Grateful2b and for the help and support that she gives me and all of us here in the Newcomers forum!

Man... uh let me see... I will be honest, not everyone on this site has been UNDERSTANDING to me, and I understand why, my autism is not easily deal able nor am I an AAer, but if I would choose of some of the best supporters... er... um... come to think of it I don't talk to many people personally due to differences a lot, I wonder if they don't like me, anyway, to those I value, #1 would probably be Photonic.

Well, for starters I'd like to mention those that have been the closest to me on a personal level throughout my month of sobriety. In no particular order, those would include:

HardwiredFlaws
Nickishine
backporchpoet
RV GTO

And those who have been there and given me support and encouragement since day one (while I may accidently forget to add someone and may have to come back to do so) would be:

C23
Fubarcdn
mle-sober
trucker
Anna
chiynita
least
mamabin

I know I have forgotten to mention some specific people and for that I apologize. Everyone here on SR is very important to me. From the newest of newcomers that help me remember where I came from the those with the longest sobriety time that show me where I'd like to be. Everyone here plays a very important role and has a very huge impact in my life. Whether I stay silent or give thanks about the huge positive impact people have made upon me I truly appreciate everyone here as well as the positive love, encouragement and hope from everyone. For those I accidently forgot to mention, I am truly sorry, you know who you are. And every single one of us here is very important. And I sincerely have nothing but the utmost respect and unconditional love for every sincere and wonderful person here. Thanks for letting me share.
Wes
