| Let's talk about ADHD
Not only do I have alcholism, I have also been diagnosed with ADHD. Not currently under treatment for that but have getting help through AA. As one with ADHD, and alcholism my mind never stops. Sometimes good sometimes not, sometimes you folks really don't want to know what goes on in my head. Any thoughts |

My mind can take me hostage at any given moment. My mind races from one thought to another. It has been pointed out to me that I have ADD. When I try and go to sleep at night my mind will start building things in my head, houses, cars, etc. My mind wants a blueprint for every thing I think about. If people could read my mind I probably would be baned from SR. Love and Respect

If you have one foot in yesterday and one food in tomorrow you are pis*ing on today. Trying to stay in the hear and now brings me a lot of peace of mind. Right here and now I am at SR and evertything is ok. Sometimes I am OK and just don't know it.
