Does anyone have any insight, input, or info about becoming sober and quitting smoking cigarettes at the same time ? Replies welcome and appreciated !!! Thank you ! |

For me, the decision not to smoke was mine, and mine alone. But the strength to stay within that comes from God. My biggest difficulty is the not feeling well, or right, part. And your right, you are not well when you stop. Your body chemistry has to sort out. Hold on for the ride. |

I appreciate your article. It will help. I havebeen prescribed something to help curb the cravings and chewing nic gum a little when I cant smoke. Anxiety and stress are something I am working on and it seemed to be the only relief. I do have to make the decision to quit just like the drinking and other stuff.
