I'll give you my best shot but first I need to make it clear that I'm not the professional. Mark is.

You're seeking a lot of attention - that's not a bad thing. It's a cry for help. But an online forum can only do but so much.

You sound as if you want relief yesterday.

And that's like, totally ok. Totally natural.

My best suggestion to you--as a non-professional--is to seek help IRL. You know - someone to talk to. Will do you a ton of good. If you're going to school, seek help from a guidance counselor. Barring that, seek help from your local community mental health service.

It's out there. Use it.

I'm starting counciling with my boyfriend this week. We both are having depression issues so we think being around eachother may help with openeing up.

I think its great you're starting therapy. I hope it helps you with your depression. I see you're religious and talking to your Minister or Priest may help and certainly prayer will.

That's good and all but this isn't the same "ex" as you posted about in the Mental Health forum, is it? The one who said cruel things on myspace and posted a pic of himeself and his new gf all happy and smiling. I just hope I'm mistaken; he seems an unwise/unhealthy choice with whom to go foward.
