Remembering the children we have lost, Greet's daughter, Mo's daughter, Deedee's son and too many more...may they rest at peace in the arms of God. ![]() Remembering the partners and spouses of our family here, may their memories remain in our hearts forever... ![]() And for every addict who still suffers, may they be comforted knowing that they are loved, and may our light draw them nearer....

And may we say a special prayer for the missing. For the missing loved ones like my son, for the grandchildren many of us no longer see, for those who simply disappeared in the night, and...for a special addict named Ted. May we keep the light of hope lit and shining bright, that the missing may see it and once again come home.

A single candle as it stands alone can light up a room in the darkest hour. ![]() When we each stand together with our single candle, We can shine like the sun and light the world. Kathy Troccoli \ Go Light Your World There is a candle in every soul Some brightly burning, some dark and cold There is a Spirit who brings fire Ignites a candle and makes His home Carry your candle, run to the darkness Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn Hold out your candle for all to see it Take your candle, and go light your world Take your candle, and go light your world Frustrated brother, see how he's tried to Light his own candle some other way See now your sister, she's been robbed and lied to Still holds a candle without a flame Carry your candle, run to the darkness Seek out the lonely, the tired and worn Hold out your candle for all to see it Take your candle, and go light your world Take your candle, and go light your world We are a family whose hearts are blazing So let's raise our candles and light up the sky Praying to our Father, in the name of Jesus Make us a beacon in darkest times Carry your candle, run to the darkness Seek out the helpless, deceived and poor Hold out your candle for all to see it Take your candle, and go light your world Carry your candle, run to the darkness Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn Hold out your candle for all to see it Take your candle, and go light your world Take your candle, and go light your world

To Jon (though Jon may never see this) If it were not for you and the dream you had these many year ago, so many would have never found a place where they are accepted, loved, and cared for; Where they could find help in that long, long journey to putting their lives back together, whether from active addiction or living with and loving someone who is actively out there or even in recovery. This place has brought peace, love and support to so many, more than I can count. But for me it has been a home. A home where I have found friends, pleace, love and caring for who I am...... You made me feel welcome and special. You had the faith in me that I didn't, and sometimes still don't. But you believed in me. You made me a Moderator, which has been the biggest honor I have ever had. You help pick me up when I fell. You gave me your friendship and return accepted mine. I will always treasure every moment I have share with you and this place and this family that we have developed. Because of your dream, I learned how to be....and still learning from all that pass through here. Eventhough you are no longer here physically, your presence will always be felt and will be in the hearts and minds of all that come through.........I know that it is true of my own heart.....I will never forget you!!!!!!!! To all the Mod's, past and present, I am who I am today much in part because of what I have learned from you. A much better person, though still struggling with some things, I couldn't do it without you. To many of the members that I have had the honor of meeting here, you are my inspiration for what my future can be and to keep trying to achieve it. Thank you for being a part of my journey. I also wanted to thank the Mulligan group for helping us to continue our service here. Means alot to us.....this place mean alot to us. Bless you.

I found a very special friend when I first came here named LadyofDreams. She was here for a couple of years and has since disappeared. I connected with her and I miss her a lot and wonder what has happened to her. She is a special lady, a free spirit who shared her blessings with all of us. |

Best...I can't take credit for that. I borrowed it from "JT" and I can't remember who that person was. So, I too say thank you to "JT".
