Talking Almost clean...... very excited

Only 10 days exactly until I am benzo free ...can't wait. Then a quick withdraw off my mild opoid addiction then I'll be drug free.
I realize I have to go to N.A. and learn how not abuse and substitute drugs
and also learn new coping skills. I know deep inside that N.A will be something I'll have to do for the rest of my life but that's fine with me...I like going anyway. I feel at home .....there's lots of people just like me.

God Bless..................Joe

I'm down to 2mg of Valium daily from 13mg of Clonazepam ( 260 mg Valium).
As far as opiates ..just about anywhere from 30 t1s and under (not much) @ one time
I was taking 250 t1s per day. I'm taking them now to help with benzo withdraws. It should be icing to quit them. ........Joe

It is really exciting, isn't it? There are tough roads ahead for sure, but it's great to face them head on. Keep us posted!!

If you go to NA, jump in with both feet, get a sponsor and actually work a program, you will get to a point where you not only feel like you have to go to NA, you will wanna go. NA is a way of life. A better life. Good luck.
