A perfect addict
You know how we as humans are.We do somethings right and some wrong.But this addict is perfect.Trips to the ER,falling down,forgetting where I had been or where I was going.Car accidents,and of course this perfect addict lost her car but still wants to get high.I hate being in my head.The need to self medicate is sometimes too much but really not enough.It's a real bad day.

I am an addict named Phinny. Just over 15 months ago I stopped hitting bottom after bottom and finally hit surrender. That was the beginning of honest recovery for me. Today I am clean and sober, I go to meetings, have a sponsor, do the work and have a great bunch of friends in recovery. Life is good.
I've done all of those things you mentioned in your first post and more. There is a way out of the hell of addiction. Help is available. We DO recover.
