I wanted to take a minute and wish all of you a happy holiday season.
I know that the holidays can bring both joy and sadness for many of us, me included.
I am the mom of an addict. Last year was a disaster.
But this year will be different because I am different. And I thank many of you here for that.
I'm usually posting downsatirs in the Naranon forum, but ah, yes, I'm an occassional lurker here.
Your posts bring me hope, and understanding, and the realization that we're all just doing the best we can, just for today.
I thank each and every one of you for your honesty and openess and willingness to share. In a strange way, you are my heroes.
