[B][I] Zane I'm glad to hear about your relapse. Don't take it wrong, but sometimes we need to go through these trials to recover. Sometimes we are not consious deep down inside on whether we are ready to quit or not. I know for myself it took 18 yrs of beating myself up before I was ready to stop. Just like the old saying goes there is no happy without sad. To me an addiction is a powerful word and action. Today I fight to stay clean. Its something I will work on the rest of my life. I loved to use because it would take my problems away. In the end the result was null. I know this now. Still addiction is the feel of adrenaline, it is the rush we love. So I try to fill my time with exciting activities that gives my inner me that longs for that excitement the rush I don't subconsciously see. It helps me stay clean. I don't know that I will ever have that void filled for ever. I just know each day is a new day and live every day the best I can. Don't ever be discouraged if you slip or relapse. It is ok. Just keep trying to the best of your ability.Discouragement is a number 1 killer don't let it beat you. Hold on and know there is people out there for you. Peace out....
