Smart vs Rational Recovery and AVRT
Can someone give me a simple explanation of the difference between Smart and RR? And is AVRT part of both of them? Thanks in advance.

took me a long time to find it. I hadn't remembered how far back in time it was....i thought it was from a year or two ago...always shocked how time speeds up the older i get
