There is a free crash course on AVRT:

Let me Google "Crash Course on AVRT" for you

See also my response here:

Wow, that was really interesting stuff. I had never heard of AVRT and had to search for a thread to allow me to also know what it is. I have gone through it already and I found it really useful. I will probably refer back to it frequently whilst hopefully sobering up.
Thanks Algorithm and Bbomaha.

Hi, sunkdrunk.

The underlined part in your post, above, is your Addictive Voice, supporting, suggesting, and subtly directing you towards more drinking with the 'probably' and 'hopefully' qualifiers.

Can you see this?

I recommend that you get yourself a cheap copy of the Rational Recovery: The New Cure for Substance Addiction book to tighten up the screws on your Beast. I would also read through the AVRT discussion thread.
