Update 90 days
Hi everyone, 90 days sober,, well almost, fog has lifted big time and head clearing more day by day Thank God. Have a problem which arrived around 80 days which is itchy shins and calf's especially at night, this is upsetting my sleep a little. I find that showering my legs with cold water helps. Generally 70% better from my last post and feeling more positive also. Thanks SR and everone for being here, God Bless you all. C.
