Bought Albert Ellis's Rational Steps To Quit Alcohol

It arrived today and going to read it. Read up to the chapter 'Denial' so far and is interesting. Because I studied psychology in college and university rational approaches are more apt to me than 'spiritual' ones and cogntiive-behaviourism is probably the most important concept in psychological therapy today, but even now because I've read Rational Recovery, I see how parts of the book are supporting the AV (if you subscribe to that) and buying me into a movement (not necessarily wrong).
