Being free
First time in what seems like a life time I'm content withought a drug
In my system .
Finally free from methadone after over twenty five years of chemists
Doctors and appointments running my life .
Changing from one. Drug to another never worked for me it just kept
Me in a crazy place .
I was never a believer in God but the universe plucked the right people at the right time and put me in there path
I joined an experimental physiology group teaching mindfulness
and so far it's worked for me .
I'm grateful to God or the universe or what ever forces put this all together .
And I'm grateful to be able to anonamsly express that her
