Hi everyone, we've got quite a crowd here now.
Lovely and sunny here after dull and rain, oh what a lot of weather we're having!
Back at work tomorrow and trying not to dwell on it too much to ruin my evening. I'd moan if I didn't have a job. Just feel sometimes like doing something worthwhile for a living.

Thanks for the new thread, Dee.
Thought I might pop in with a post today. Life is busy and getting busier this week. I'm traveling to Ohio to see my youngest get her doctorate this weekend. So proud of that once rug-rat...so beautiful, inside and out.
Plus my oldest will be there with my granddaughter. I am rushing to finish my second book for her about the beach and the many thrills that are in store when she arrives this summer. I did an ABC book for her 1st birthday.
My ex will be there with her dude of the past couple years. He is a nice guy and treats ex and the girls ver nicely....however, I just don't...(haha, just kidding, kinda).
I am playing in a golf tourney with my college peeps on Friday back near my old homestead too. Lots of fun stuff to plan for.
Tonight I am giving a lead at my new home group in FL. I've only done that one other time, in PA, but, it was a speaker thing and I took the whole hour. Tonight is just 20 minutes, then, my topic choice.
Still not sure where to go with it...I'm just throwing it out there to The Universe for guidance and direction with hopes of reaching someone still suffering with a small message. Lots of newby's attend this meeting.
Aside from that, still going strong on my Whole 30 - now past and on day 32. Thank you LDT for guiding me to this healthy eating program! Great BP, sleeping easier and faster, allergies in check and dropped 6% body weight. I've now done 5.5 of past 13 months on this program and it is amazing how good it makes me feel. Tiger blood for sure. Glee, a fellow Over, has joined this last journey to much success as well.
Well, time to throw a note or two together for tonight. Have a nice day, all.

Hey everyone I've managed to stay awake from 5.15am normally not a problem but today I am shattered having an early night il be logging out at 8pm in bed for 9pm I need the sleep I want the sleep
