Psych evaluation
I'm really thinking that I should get one of these. I know I'm far from normal, and I know I'm more than just a drunk and a druggie. How can I help myself if I don't know what the hell I am? How many of you needed that label in order to better navigate through sobriety?

My psych evaluation(s) revealed that I was an alcoholic, depressive, and needed medications.
One of the best things I ever did for my recovery was spend a few days at a mental health facility.
