Thanks, Dee.
I have to say... this is one thread I won't regret seeing come to an end, lol.
It will be nice to be healed completely. I'm nearly six weeks in at this point. I should be feeling good at 8-12 weeks. I'm hoping, anyway.

I'm starting to get feeling back on the right side of my chin! This is a big deal. This is a huge relief. I am beginning to have real hope of regaining feeling in the right lower lip now. It's the only spot still 100% numb.
I'm glad that your research into the supplements is paying off SP. It's great news that the numbness is diminishing. It sounds like the work issue is going to have you in a better place than before. I'm glad you like the people you work and they like you. It makes the atmosphere at work more peaceful.

I'm starting to think I might go find some yoga classes nearby. I'd like to be around people more. Plus, I used to enjoy yoga years ago.
Also, I was thinking of going to a women's AA meeting. Mixed feelings about it though, as I don't use AA for my sobriety. And I'm sure I'll be viewed skeptically when I waltz in, three years sober, with no higher power. Lol. I really would like to be around some other women, healthy ones.
I don't know if that's a good enough reason to go to AA. I've already conquered the drinking thing. I really just want some occasional social connections.
What do y'all think?

The yoga sounds good, for sure.
The thing about AA meetings, is that you don't know until you try a meeting.
Some women's meetings are excellent, and you find open-minded people who can become new friends. It's a good avenue for reaching out I think.
I guess like everything, it's trial and error, and finding what fits, and what works.

I've located a yoga studio hosted by an Episcopal church. They have four classes per week. Years ago when I was still living in my old college town, I did yoga at a Unitarian church. That was a positive experience for me. Maybe this will be similar. There's a larger, higher priced one downtown that probably appeals to a more college-aged crowd. I'll pass on that one.
Should I post a thread in the 12-step section, asking opinions about my going to women's AA meetings? I'll probably get some heated opinions, but it might tell me the general attitude toward a non-12-stepper attending meetings.

You do whatever you want to do love, but I am AA, and have zero issue with this.
And it bothers (upsets) me that anyone would be reticent about going to AA because someone has said you have to be a 12-stepper.
Absolutely not true.
