Tools for insomniacs
That was a fun read.
It seems the sleep aids batted zero, though, except for lettuce tea.
I have read that listening to music or other things until you fall asleep is helpful.
I'm going to try both. Can't hurt.

I can't deal with any gizmos or stuff like that- too distracting for me. I need to have no distractions besides maybe constant reruns of Friends running on my tv (that show's like my lullaby). Tonight, I drank a ton of diet coke and now I'm regretting it because I'm not tired, but I should be getting in bed. I guess I need to watch the caffeine intake.... I used to drink a few diet cokes in between beers/shots and I thought nothing of it..... I guess that's because I eventually just passed out from the booze. Ugh. So many things to consider
Me too. No gizmos.
Yea, definitely consider caffeine next time. Tonight, water or very weak hot tea to flush it through and maybe fall asleep to Friends eventually. Lay down while you watch if you can, just to be safe.

I actually fell asleep easily last night. And I stayed asleep. I don't think I got much restful sleep though because waking up this morning I'm feeling completely exhausted. No caffeine after work next time for sure.
