9.30am UK time, day 23, another 24 for me please!
Am coping ok with the family so far. Their little boy has started to talk a lot now and he's really funny

Welcome back virginia- don't beat yourself up. It's not a lack of self control, alcoholism is hard to beat. If it was easy we wouldn't all be in this position! What's good is that you are here and ready to try again.
I agree with distractions- keeping busy is helping for me. My 'witching hour' is dinner time so I try to be out the house/doing something that doesn't involve drinking- playing the piano or painting (war hammer models- yes I am a geek) helps and are incompatible with drinking!
Also maybe some extra support might help? Thinking of you xx
