I'm in a bad way so I thought I'd try this to see if it helps.
Today I am grateful for:
Having life and health.
Having a nice house to live in.
Having a family who love and care for me.
My business.
My cat.
Living in a great city.
Having a warm and loving heart and being able to show others love.
Myself.
Finding the super power that is sobriety.
