Well its been a long time since I posted here..........

I upset the wrong kind of person many years ago, they vowed to make me paranoid and of course I cant do nothing about it.

I hope and pray to god I die soon.

Are you still seeing a therapist?
How long have you been sober now?

I think thats a wise move.

I try not to have any people I detest in my life - not in my inner circle anyway.

Although there are a couple people in my life that I feel very strongly about, I realize the truth about my anger and hatred hurting mostly me. What they're doing may be sick, but when I'm focusing on their behavior instead of my well being I'm poisoning myself and not living the life that I'm intended to live.

It's been good for me to get away from those people as Dee said. I built a better inner circle of friends in recovery, it affirmed my desire to live a good life.
