Catching up from Part 3, where Nest wrote: " wouldn't mind at all if you wanted to Voice chat to me on PM Frank , but I can't talk back ... I'm missing a part or attachment thingy - Remember ? I would imagine , I could still type answers to you . That's up to you either way it's all Good".

Nest, I will try to record and PM you another SoundCloud before too long. I just need to have something to say. Maybe wise, maybe goofy, or maybe a passage from one of my fave books. Sumpin', otherwise we're just listening to myself babble on again.

If anyone else wants me to PM my next SoundCloud link, let me know.

NWE, I have a birthday party for my eldest sister this Saturday at 5pm. We always go out for pizza on a sister's birthday and my mom's. That's a lot of pizza. Other than that, no plans. How about you? Hoping to God for some serious rain. Feels like CA around here.

Put me on the pm soundcloud list, Frank. I don't know if I can do that on my computer but I might try it sometime. I think in this age of facebook and everything, there's no such thing as privacy. Drones and Big Brother and all that stuff. Privacy is an illusion. A thing of the past.

Sorry.

Happy to report you have made the list. And it's one hot ticket.

I found SoundCloud to be sorta convoluted, but here are the steps, near as I can figure out, Or ask Shabby, she made it through.

1) Go to SoundCloud.com
2) Register, which won't cost you anything.
3) Confirm registration by email
4) On SoundCloud press 'upload' (upper right)
5) Press 'start new recording', then 'rec', then 'allow' (to access your mic)
6} Eat a Snickers Bar, since this is way too complicated.
7) Record, press stop, then decide you don't like your voice, so record again.
8) This is the frustrating part . . . you have to click on 'share' to get a URL others can link to.

Would love to hear everyone.

Hi I'm home from work for one hour, then back to work. No drinking.
I'm doing alright, not so hungover because I didn't drink that much, but have a bit of a shameover...
Though I carried on today as if I didn't drink, took my vitamins, ate healthy, stayed at work, won't drink tonight ( I sometimes think " well you already drank last night...")
I will continue on as if it didn't happen.

Sounds great, Jen. You're gonna do just fine. And as much as I hate to quote AA stuff, 'one day at a time'. Don't stop on the way home and buy more, okay? And did you pour out the rest of your wine?

Thinking of you.

One day at a time is good, I have the weekend off so I can regroup and finally get some down time as well, I think I've only had 5 days off in two months, I'm so overworked with my business.
The wine is gone, I left the rest on my deck last night and the bugs got into it xx

I spent about six weeks in Thailand. Didn't bump into any drunk elephants, but did love a baby Elephant at the Sheraton. I loved that little guy, I was attached to him, followed him around like I was a ten year old boy with an Elephant crush.
