Grateful to my partner for encouraging me to go jogging when it would have been all too easy to sit on the sofa and eat instead!

Grateful that, when I left work yesterday, my thoughts were of the sunset on the escarpment and that at almost 5.30 it was still light. How much more uplifitng than pre-sobriety late-afternoon thoughts.

Always Grateful to wake up another day Sober . Also I have a little frail looking Woodpecker that has a crippled leg he can't use . Every morning early he will come to my suet ( wire ball ) to eat , I think it's easier for him to grab onto with his one leg .
Poor little guy has been making it through some rough rain and wind storms . His feathers look like they can use a good preening . Has to be hard work, but he seems pretty Strong

Grateful that Lumpy has joined us over at the overs club.

Grateful that our power only went out for a couple of hours yesterday. I couldn't have lasted much longer without any AC.

Grateful for another day sober.
