My cousin -the RC and mental health advocate
I am grateful for my beautiful, strong, independent, pioneer
cousin who stepped in during my darkest hour with my untreated
81-year-old Father and helped me start to heal 80 years of wreckage!
She shows up where I can't and believe me after being an only child dealing with the disease of alcoholism with both my parents,
raising my son independently and watching him about to turn 13,
I've realized at the wild age of 44, I AM TIRED.
I am doing my best but she shows up where I can't and although I don't say it everyday I am ever so grateful to my higher power for her dedication, patience and Christ like compassion.
Thank you cousin and also for all the good work you do in the world.
Let's keep erasing the stigma!
