Long day ahead with barley any sleep

Well this is nothing new but it is as frustrating as ever. It will be twice as annoying now if it is that, as I was awoke in the middle of the night by someone else after putting much effort into getting an early one and being out of whack all week due to insomnia. Anybody know any energy prayers?!

Emmett Fox may help. Also the few times at my wits end praying has helped.

I hate the nights! Thats when the heebie jeebies are at their worst.

I'm gonna check out a little bit of the Emmet Fox guy this afternoon

He's a spiritual leader that talks about the power of positive thinking. He also has a few things to say about sleep.

I get the heebie jeebies too many a night. lol.

That's where you have to think positive for dang sure.
