Watching deep tissue back massages from massage therapists on youtube seems to help me get tired and fall asleep.

Something about it brings me tranquility and calmness. I imagine it's me getting the massage and easing the tension away.

Whatever works I say!

I love getting a massage, deep tissue, hot rocks even relaxation. I still don't sleep when getting the real thing. The deep relaxation is awesome however.
