waking up

anyone have trouble waking up in the morning? any solutions?

what time are you going to bed - how many hours do you usually get?

i dont have a bed time or amount of hours sleep...i have chronic fatigue and sleep when i cant stay awake anymore, most days i take naps. ideally under half houri but sometimes i crash. i feel best when i get 8 hours at night or slightly less.

the going to bed 15 mins earlier and waking up 15 mins earlier for 4-5 days is worth trying. i would often try getting 6 hours sleep a few days but was quite hard and woukd often result in crashing later on!
