Grateful to have rediscovered this forum!
I'm in recovery again, following a frightening relapse. This time, I am determined to reach out and talk/help/seek help, and although AA meetings are great, I need to do more.
This is such a well-organized, thoughtful website, I feel truly blessed to have received an email directing me to the forums again!
Looking forward to a lifetime in sobriety. I am also interested in issues related to co-dependency, because I do believe my relapse was due, at least partially, to being in a relationship that wasn't good for me. I found the courage to end it, and need to stay on track.
Blessings!

Rule 62
Thanks Rusty!
Rule 62. In Laguna Beach where Chuck C. lived, people in recovery put bumper stickers on their cars, "Rule 62!" I was fortunate to know Chuck, back in the early 1980's. He coined that rule. His book on recovery, "A New Pair of Glasses" is filled with countless pearls of wisdom.
