Hi Overs.
I am starting to feel good about the progress at my house. Things have come together nicely and it feels great after the chaos of painting.
Plans for today are to do a few more chores and then I have a family member visiting this evening.

2:30pm here so have to get ready to honor them for my one minute, and play taps. Funny, we have a slight break today from rain day and night. It is cool and dry, the sun's out. The storms all around us killed folks in Texas and possibly Oklahoma. Later today starting at 7pm we have very severe storms moving in. I'm past the frustration waiting for it all to dry up. Now I just wait. But the severe storms are the last thing we need with flooding soon coming here too beyond the little we've already had.

Itchy, just seen weather on TV for Texas and Oklahoma. Hope you all get through the storms ok.
Wolfie, lost, i loved it, but got a bit strange after series three or I got a bit lost watching it! Hope you and Mrs wolfie enjoy it.
We've had a good bank holiday relaxing, ish. Hope you all did too.

Hi Overs,
I've had a very nice quiet holiday weekend. I did a lot of cooking and spent a lot of time outside. Very grateful to all who have served for the privilege to do so.
Soberwolf, I absolutely loved Lost. I cant wait to watch it again someday when I've forgotten most of it, hahah! I just fell in love with all the characters.
I can't wait to top this weekend off with ice cream and cookies after the little one goes to bed!

Mag, we are just finishing here in NW Louisiana with the severe storms and we got tornados hitting here. Not our house but in town. Now we are flash flooding but not my house. Wet muddy muck. People had trees fall on their homes and cars. Lots of local damage. The local TV channels have pre-empted the regular programming as the weather folks do non stop doppler radar displays and calling out warnings for tornados on the ground nd straight line winds in the 60 mph gusty scale. W are fine.
Pups are nervous but OK as long as hey can keep huddled up with daddy. Our house is through the worst of it now. Lots of folks have their power out. Not here but more than 20,000 no power and a tornado hit locally.
