New member, bipolar and alcoholic

Hi, I'm 18 days clean from alcohol and new to this site. I also have bipolar disorder 1 and some anxiety disorders.

I went through my first alcohol detox in the hospital on April 27th and I'm doing a 20-week IOP for recovery.

So, I have not had a drink since April 27th. I am anxious and depressed, unfortunately.
