Well I'm very agitated the last two days. Felt really good three days ago next two days horrible. Is it cause I've only been sober from drinking 12 days I'm an alcoholic. Could it be I cut down my klonopin to fast 3mg to 1mg in ten days. Could it be cause of me reducing trazodone to fast. Or could it just be my shizoaffective disorder. Going to therapy today addiction therapist maybe she will help me figure it out. I'm like a crabby old man.

Cutting back fast on any meds is a pretty bad idea without consulting your doctor, glad to hear you are seeing one today. Make sure you share all the changes you made.

Please see your doctor about cutting back on the klonopin, 3 to 1 mg is quite a bit in ten days. I have been through it, I am also going to a doctor to cut back too, cannot do it on my own

Agreed w/others here on cutting back on meds. ^^^ yes, cutting back too fast can trigger agitation. I hope you checked in with your Dr on a sensible taper schedule.

Yes I'm under doctor supervision. Klonopin has a long half life so the first couple days were okay then agitation struck me. I went to 2 mg and the agitation is gone.
