Well i had the therapy 2nd phonecall assessment yesterday that was a bit more in depth and the lady is phoning me same time next week to talnexrk treatment options i think she was hinting at CBT for anxiety but i want to deal with the depression as when it hits it hits heavy and its so hard to shake its not everyday and on the whole im ok but yeah i know this is the next step of the joyrney for me
