1. Grateful to see progress. Am angry today, but the anger didn't trigger the "you need a drink" response. Instead, I am okay with just coping with the emotions.

Grateful my very emotional day didn't cause me to drink, that like strategery I can just sit with the bad feelings today
Grateful o have SR and AA to stop me feeling alone in this, normies just don't understand

Grateful for another day sober. Grateful for the people I've met in AA. Grateful for good meetings when I need them the most, and boring meetings when I don't think I need them, but I do. Love and tolerance.
1. Grateful to get back home safe with crazy traffic.
2. Grateful I have a nice cozy bed I can snuggle into tonight.
3. Grateful for enjoying just having the wind blow on my face.
4. Grateful for all the blooming flowers and getting coated with flower petals while walking.
