bipolar alcoholic/addict

Hello my name is Kelsie I'm an alcoholic and addict. I'm bipolar 1 and have anxiety. I've always had the problem on self medicating especially when in a depression. Just came out of a deep depression for about a year where I was drinking and popping pills finally hitting rock bottom when I got sick from either alcohol or lithium poisoning or both. I now have 16 days clean and sober finally came back to aa. Just thought I'd share part of my story. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
