On the counsellor thing
I've learned to use common sense and not let the heart dictate my actions all the time.
The counsellor patient relationship is an uneven one- like student/teacher or doctor/ patent...if your counsellor is not trustworthy they may use the power they have to manipulate you.
I'd be very careful

Soberwolf - are you an early riser, or are you going to bed when you post in the middle of the night?
Della - I can't handle melatonin, because of the dreams. My dreams are crazy enough as it is! Last night I had a dream I was sneaking drinks. I woke up in a sweat. Not a good feeling at all.
