Alcohol and opiate addictio
I have been drinking for all my adult life! I'm 35 years of age. I was addicted to pain killers for along time too. I have kicked those and have been taking a tiny piece of sub a day! I quit drinking two days ago. Is it safe to quit all this at once?

Welcome,mick! I don't have an answers or ya other than to say it would be best to talk to a doctor.mwhat I wonder about is the. " tiny piece of sub a day". Apparently not your first time trying to stop and I assume the "tiny piece" thing isn't under the supervision of a doctor.
I strongly encourage you to get to a doctor,detox, or rehab. Detox from alcohol can be very dangerous.
