Just posting a note a little way into the new year to say I'm finally starting to feel really hopeful sobriety can be a long term thing. I have to say a lot of the advise on here has helped-ask for help,be accountable,have routine,read success stories ( I've read a lot of books)lol. Spend time with sober normal people. There is still darkness sometimes but much more light. Thanks for the advice on this sight.
