Inspection went as well as it could even with a few nice surprises (new a/c units - yes 2!- as well as a new furnace). There are a few odds & ends we'd like to have the seller fix but we'll see. It's nothing major or anything that would even keep us from buying the place, so all-in-all a good day.

I'm here to continue and to ask for the next 24 hours of my recovery, thanks to my HP & AA. Did everybody make it ok through the blizzard? I'll keep my prayers for you all.
